TASTING NOTES:

Shiny pale yellow. Good aromatic intensity. Flowers, white fruits and fennel with some citrus hints. Very well-balanced. Fresh and with good acidity.

FOOD PAIRINGS: All type of seafood and crustaceans, rice with vegetables, salads and fishes.
VINEYARD CHARACTERISTICS:

This wine comes from the north of the D.O. Jumilla, from trellised vineyards with support irrigation cultivayed on stony and calcareous soils. Its yield is around 3,5 kg per vine.

ELABORATION:

Made by cryo-maceration process at 10º for 6 hours, static cleaning and fermentation at 15º C.
