TASTING NOTES:

Medium intensity colour with ruby and cherry nuances. Red and black fruits aromas with good intensity. In the mouth is balanced and with aftertaste of red and black fruits.

FOOD PAIRINGS: All type of rice, salads, semi-soft cheeses.
VINEYARD CHARACTERISTICS:

Selected from vineyards of Tempranillo grapes growing on clay and limestone soil located about 800 meters above sea level.

ELABORATION:

Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks for 10-12 days. We use indigenous yeasts for this process
