Shiny pale yellow. Good aromatic intensity. Flowers and tropical fruits with some hints of honey. Very wellbalanced.

FOOD PAIRINGS: Salads, fishes and all type of seafood and crustaceans.
VINEYARD CHARACTERISTICS:

Made with grapes of the Sauvignon Blanc variety that grow on clay and limestone soils located about 800 meters above sea level.

ELABORATION:

Elaborated by crio-maceration method at 10ºC for 6 hours. Static cleaning and fermentation at 15ºC.
