TASTING NOTES:

Pale bright yellow. Medium-hight aromatic intensity, with memories of flowers and tropical fruits. Hints of honey and stone fruits. Very well balanced with a fresh and pleasant finish.

FOOD PAIRINGS: Raw and cooked shellfish, crustaceans, rice, salad, fish, and pasta.
VINEYARD CHARACTERISTICS:

This wine comes from Sauvignon Blanc vineyards located in the north of the D.O. Jumilla, in trellis and at an altitude of 750-800 meters, with a yield of 4,500 kilos per hectare.

ELABORATION:

The harvest is done by hand. During the elaboration an exhaustive control of the temperature is carried out to obtain the greatest aromatic potential, it’s kept in tanks with the fine lines for 30 days to get a greater volume in the mouth.
