VINEYARD CHARACTERISTICS:

This wine comes from Tempranillo grapes vineyards that grow on clay and limestone soil, located about 800 meters above sea level.

ELABORATION:

When the tank is full of grapes, we drain the must in the tank, it ferments with a controlled temperature of 15º to obtain the maximum potential of aromas in this rosé wine.
